Poovar Beach
Poovar Beach is approximately 45 minutes drive from Kovalam. Poovar
Beach separates the Neyyar River from the sea. Essentially a fishing village,
it is a beautiful and unexplored beach resort. You can reach the Poovar Beach
by water taxis only. The beach is not used for beach activities and water sports
because of the fishing population. But Poovar beach can be visited to its peace
and tranquility.
