Day 01 : Kochi – Konni
Trekking and Camping tour of Kerala will start from Kochi (Cochin). After your arrival in Kochi, you will be taken to Konni. This unexplored town in Pathanamthitta district is known for its thick forests and wildlife. This ideal trekking spot is about 150 km away from Kochi. On your arrival in Konni, you will be taken to Contour Resort for night stay.
Day 02 : Konni
Leave for jeep safari in the morning. Fell close to nature while driving through streams and river. Enjoy packed lunch in the lap of nature. Trek your way to jungle and have a look at 2500 years old temple situated on the hill. Return to the resort after trekking for night stay.
Day 03 : Konni – Thekkady
On the third day of Kerala Trekking and Camping Tour, leave for Thekkady. The place is home to Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. On your arrival in Thekkady, you will be taken to the camp. Indulge yourself in trekking on your tour. 4-6 hour trek will take you to Meenar camp. One can also try bamboo rafting and camping. Night stay in Periyar.
Day 04 : Thekkady
After breakfast, leave for Kuttikanam. This enchanting hill station is a perfect place for those who are seeking some adventure. On arrival, check in at hotel. You may go to Panchalimedu for trekking in the afternoon. You may also opt for a trek from Vallinankavu to Panchalimedu. Night stay in the camp.
Day 05 : Thekkady – Munnar
On the fifth day of the trekking and camping tour of Kerala, leave for Munnar. This captivating hill station is famous for its tea gardens. Start the trek about 18 km from Munnar. Guides and porters will help you on your trekking tour. At an attitude of approx 7000 feet, stay in Alpine tents for an overnight.
Day 06 : Munnar
Trek your way to Chenthamara Kokka. Enjoy evening trek to the sunset point to see the nocturnal shades of the sun. Night stay in camp.
Day 07 : Munnar
After early morning breakfast, proceed to Silent Valley. Start 4-5 hours trek to Cliff Hut. Revel in the natural beauty of the surroundings while trekking. Night stay in Camp.
Day 08 : Munnar – Parambikulam
Leave for Parambikulam, which is located near Palakkad. The Parambikulam Wildlife Sanctuary is home to the exotic species of flora and fauna. After your arrival, check-in at hotel.
Day 09 : Parambikulam
Satiate your thirst for adventure during your trekking and camping tour of Kerala with Kerala Hub. An experienced guide will assist you on your trek.
Day 10 : Parambikulam – Kochi
Spend the morning at leisure. You will be taken to the Kochi airport to board the flight for your onward journey.
