Accommodation
One can experience the delight of the rising sun and moon from the privacy of
one's bedroom. The sophisticated and lavish rooms both on land as well as floating
on the backwaters with the verandas facing the cool green waters of the Vembanadu
lake offers a refreshing backwater experience. The Resort offers the three star
facilities apart from being an eco friendly resort which upholds the luxurious
standards of living. Clad in a beautiful décor, the guestrooms exhibit
all the modern amenities.
Stylishly furnished suites have the facility
of controlling the room temperature with a marvellous viw of the surrounding nature.
One can avail the option of Land Cottages, Floating Cottages, and Floating Suites.
Well
furnished rooms are adorned with the screen TV with optical fibre transmission,
tea and coffee making machines, mini bar, cold and hot water etc.
Conference
rooms for organising business meetings are also available at the resort.
Floating
Cottage: It is another kind of special accomodation where only the bed is placed
on ferro laminated cement platform while the remaining part of the cottage floats
on the water.

The facilities of the resort are:-
* Tantalizing Cuisine: A multi cuisine
floating restaurant, called the Vembanadu serves Continental, Indian, Chinese
and Oriental in addition to the traditional Kerala cuisine. The restaurant has
the seating capacity for 60 guests.

The Open kitchen for our guests will be a delightful experience. It enables hygienic
cooking environment.
* Ashtamudi:
The ‘Ashtamudi’ parlor serves refreshments, fresh juices and desserts.
It also serves you extremely fresh fish just about caught from the lake, and cooked
to your liking

Restaurant: The multi-cuisine restaurant, Vembanadu located on the
water bed offers tasty seafood delicacies. There are separate arrangements for
pure vegetarians.
* Ayurveda: The
specialized Ayurvedic centre, Ayurkhethra is attached to the resort. Constructed
in the traditional Kerala Nalukettu style, the center provides a host of Ayurvedic
packages like panchakarma, ( vamana, virechana , snehavasti, kashyavasti and nasya)
rejuvenation therapy massage oil and the like. Steam bath is also another effective
ayurvedic therapy. Apart from being a treatment system, Ayurveda is a way of life
that preaches total concordance with nature. It aims at curing the cause and not
the symptom of the disease. It is also devoid of side effects. Ayurkhetra is guided
by a team of specialized and dedicated Ayuvedic experts who would rejuvenate one's
mind, body and soul in perfect harmony with nature.
