#Sidhima
Chikilsa or Sporaris Treatment Programme : Lasting for a span of 21
to 28 days, this is effective for all kind of sporaris treatments. This programme
is inclusive of abhyangam, pizhichil, snehapanam and medicated steam. Exclusively
prepared herbal medicines are used to cure treatments.
#Kayakalpa
Chikilsa or Longevity/Body Immunization Programme : It is a treatment
package for 28 days which is a major treatment for slowing down the ageing process.
It is accomplished through special Ayurvedic medicine, called Rasayana. Based
on the swethakarma as well as the panchakarma treatment, it yields best results
if taken before the age of 60.
# General Massage
: Herbal powder or herbal oil is used to massage the whole body. This

Mukhalepam : Specially made of fresh cream and herbal powder, it is
