Ettukettu, the Speciality Restaurant - Ettukettu, the multi-cuisine restaurant has the seating capacity of 115 guests. The restaurant boasts of its speciality in serving varied cuisine. North Indian, Chinese, Continental, Mughlai, and traditional Kerala culinary delicacies at the Ettukettu are a gourmet's delight. The speciality of ethnic Kerala cooking rests in rich coconuts, freshly caught fish with fragrant spices lend the flavour of the cuisine. Special dishes include Idiappams (string-hoppers), Syrian Christian Duck Roast, Karimeen Pollichathu, Duck Curry, soft spongy rice bread called Appam, Karimeen Mappas and Thamarappam.
