The traditional sophisticated
resort consists of 52 double-bedded and centrally air-conditioned cottages. Equipped
with all the modern amenities, a comfortable and enjoyable stay awaits its guests.
Intricately carved wooden walls and paintings depicting scenes from Hindu epics
adorn the cottages. Each cottage comprises a private courtyard and a small open-air
garden with bath facilities. A fascinating view of the lotus canal and the Vembanad
Lake can be witnessed from the traditional windows of the cottages.

of accommodation comprising the prestigious Presidential Suites, Garden View Villas
and Lake View Villas ensure a lavish yet comfortable stay.
Presidential
Suites - The Presidential Suite, is constructed each in its own royal
seclusion. It is the final word in luxury and the most ultimate in self-indulgence.
The private pool and interior decoration display the grandeurs of a flourishing

Facilities
Ettukettu,
the Speciality Restaurant - Ettukettu, the multi-cuisine restaurant
has the seating capacity of 115 guests. The restaurant boasts of its speciality
in serving varied cuisine. A well-equipped bar is located in the midst of the
resort. This magnificient architecture reveals the royalty of the renowned noble
family of Kerala. The restaurant serves delicacies suiting to every palate.
North
Indian, Chinese, Continental, Mughlai, and traditional Kerala culinary delicacies
at the Ettukettu are a gourmet's delight. The speciality of ethnic Kerala cooking
rests in rich coconuts, freshly caught fish with fragrant spices lend the flavour
of the cuisine. Special dishes include Idiappams (string-hoppers), Syrian Christian
Duck Roast, Karimeen Pollichathu, Duck Curry, soft spongy rice bread called Appam,
Karimeen Mappas and Thamarappam.

Conference
Room: The Resort provides business and personal services with its AC
and non AC Conference Halls. The ambience of the place refreshes the mind and
the spirit. With a seating capacity of 85 persons, they are well-furnished with
presentation facilities and state-of-the-art communication systems. Facilities
of sound systems, overhead and multimedia projectors make it ideal for corporate
conferences.
